Tablets resetting dates to 2000

Hi,

I have some google nexus tablets that when records are sent come with time
and date stamps of the year 2000. Has anyone encountered this before and
what the possible issues/fix for this would be?

Thanks

Adah

Adah,

The time in the form comes from the device's internal clock. If that
clock is being set automatically by the network, and the network
date/time is wrong, you might see this issue. If the device is being
used until the battery runs out completely, you might see this sort of
date/time reset. Finally, given that you are seeing this issue only on
some devices, might be a good idea to talk to the enumerators about
what their usage patterns are. Might get you some insights...

Thanks very much Yaw. These were my thoughts as well but wanted to be
double sure I was not making the wrong call. I will speak to the
enumerators as advised and hear their feedback. Do you still translators
for hausa language?

Hi Adah,

Hausa translations would be very much appreciated. Sign up at
