When does this occur in your installation steps? What commands have you run before hitting this error?
Temporary failure resolving 'deb.debian.org'
There is a network or DNS issue that is preventing your computer from reaching debian's servers. Usually this is a temporary glitch that is fixed if you restart your computer and try again. If you are still having the problem after that ask your IT staff why traffic to debian.org isn't getting through.

I am using 'Docker Compose Build' command then it is showing this error.
