Test build of ODK Collect -- Afrikaans, Arabic, Urdu etc

This is a test build of ODK Collect on the new build system:

  • updated all strings to the latest contributions
please verify this build, particularly the Edit Saved Form and Send
    Finalized Form screens correctly render.
  • built using Android Studio and Git repositories (not all pushed yet)
  • fix for potential UTF-8 issue in javarosa
  • better error messages on rendering placement-map geopoint screen
  • warn user about spaces in urls, and whitespace before or after usernames
    and passwords
  • add contributed code (and fix it) for auto-selecting the forms that have
    been updated on the server.
  • add OpenStreetMap functionality

This reminded me that I forgot to add/push tags for this release... just
did that...

collect-fixed (v1.4.6_rev_1050_for_testing)
google-play-services-fixed (ODK_Collect_v1.4.6_rev_1050_for_testing)

The build used a local maven repo to hold the google-play-services aar.
