The Honeycomb Blues - or What's a Tablet User to Do?

Dear ODKers,

Unable to install Android Honeycomb (where the manufacturer has not already
installed it), what is a tablet user to do?

Two specific sets of questions follow from that broad one. First, has
anyone found a work-around for tablets (e.g., gotten by with Froyo, despite
its lackluster tablet support)?

Second--and my purpose in writing--would it be possible to run ODK on Linux?
For users, are there any success stories for this? For developers, is
there any interest in or possibility of "porting" ODK to Linux?

Best,
Arthur

arthur,

the best way to get odk in linux is to get it running in a web
browser. we've been exploring those options but nothing to report just
yet...

Hi Yaw,

Is getting a browser based version of ODK collect on the road map for ODK or is it just an idea?

Cheers,
