There has been a problem trying to replace ${region} with the XPath to the survey element named 'region'. There is no survey element with this name

Hi?
I followed am trying to have a choice filters that filters options form
region, down through to name of employees in each district, and job
positions of each employee within a district.

See the file attached.

How ever, when I try to convert the file into a form, it shows "There has
been a problem trying to replace ${region} with the XPath to the survey
element named 'region'. There is no survey element with this name."

Any assistance to rectify the issue is much appreciated. Thank you in
advance.

Louis.

Louis,

Column 'name' identifies the element (variable) to be referenced. In your case the region element should be 'Q01' and so to reference it put this '${Q01}'.
