Three dot menu not appearing

Hi all,

Quick question here. I have the latest version of ODK downloaded on all of my tablets and I am trying to download forms from the server onto the tablets via the QR codes. Unfortunately the three dots to access the settings to do this are not appearing. Is there a reason this might be the case? A result of setting that needs to be changed? Or is there another way to have the forms appear in the "Get Blank Forms" section of the app?

Which brand and model of tablets?

If it is running standard Android, it should show the menu.

Instead of the 3-dot button to get to the configuration options...

You'll need to click the project profile icon, and then click the "Settings" button.

If you are configuring from a QR code you can click the "Add project" button.

If you are opening Collect for the first time see the docs on Configure server from QR code.
