To maintain systematic taxonomic account using odk collect

Hi all,

I have created many simple forms using odk collect but I want to create a form to maintain my taxonomic species observation data.

In the form I can upload the Superfamily, Family, Sub-family, Super tribe, tribe, genus and species. These all the above are interlinked. I can create the form like ( If I click a particular family it will show the respected sub-families in it)

But I need to fill the form like ( If I click the species name it should fill the remaining details (Family, sub-family, etc) automatically

Ca we create a form which I want? please give ideas and templates
