Tried everything to my knowledge to get the select choice for coodinator to come up but it's failed

it seems like a doing sth wrong in the choice filter though no error popping up

Hello Obaya,

Could you check your excel file in choices, you had put the filter in row 2 , it should be in very top.

I had made a change it change for your reference.
