Unable to download submissions on odk central

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I am hosting ODK central on AWS EC2 t2 medium with 128GB volume on Ubuntu I can't download submitted data from the server. I can view, submit, and even add new forms to the server but downloading it gives me this error "Something went wrong: error code 504."

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
I tried downloading from different projects on the server and the error still keeps coming up

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I have tried increasing the memory using nana .env to 4 and then 6Gb but no change.

4. Upload any forms or screenshots you can share publicly below.

Any idea how to resolve this please?

You might try checking the container logs for hints about something going wrong: https://docs.getodk.org/central-troubleshooting/#reading-container-logs

Is your Central server a standard installation or have you customized it in some way - for example: a custom SSL certificate, custom database server, special network settings, etc.?

Thanks @danbjoseph for replying. I checked the CPU and RAM usage and noticed the central-postgres14-1 is using a lot of CPU % (over 790%). How can I please fix this? The central server was installed using standard installation. No customization was done on it.

Was there anything unusual in the service logs?

Additionally, what version of Central are you running?

To see your version, click on the question mark icon in the upper right section of your Central menu bar, then click Version. If you don't see the question mark, you can see the version by adding version.txt to the root URL (e.g., demo.getodk.cloud/version.txt).
