Unable to log in to aggregate

Hi All

as of today have been getting the following error when trying to log into
aggregate. this is on a few virtual hosts on a single server. all give the
same error:

What could be causing this?

HTTP Status 401 - Authentication Failed: account not recognized

type Status report

message Authentication Failed: account not recognized

description This request requires HTTP authentication (Authentication
Failed: account not recognized).

If it had been working, and now it isn't, what changed?

For Tomcat servers, look at the catalina log for any errors, etc.

If you didn't touch anything on these VMs, then perhaps something on the
database changed?

after much digging i rebooted and all came back up again.
