Unable to pull data with Briefcase

Hi all, I am new to this platform.
I need help on an urgent basis. I have been collecting my dissertation data collection on ODK Collectv1.30.1 and to pull the data I am using odk briefcasev1.18.0 but I am unable to pull the data. earlier had done with two different projects it worked but this time it shows fail. Kindly help me out with this ASAP as I need to work on the data for my dissertation in the next 5 days.
