Unable to send form after save - Connection timed out

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I'm trying to send my filled form to a database (google) as normal, just receive the error below:

javax.net.ssl.SSLException... Error during system call, Connection timed out.

Does anybody knows how to fix that or explain me whats going on?

Which version of Collect are you using? Does the form you're uploading have any attachements (audio, video, images etc)?
