Unable to use ODK form and connect publish to my google app

  1. Created a form using this http://build.opendatakit.org/ called
    (kfsdatacollect)

  2. I created an app with google but I can’t reach it via
    http://smuchemi55.appspot.com

  3. I want to publish my mentioned form to aggregate but when I point to
the apps link it is not getting it

  4. Where might I have missed?

Kind request

Where did you get the link to the ODK Aggregate? And what instructions are
you following? They appear out-of-date.

The up-to-date ODK Aggregate is 1.3.1
Up-to-date instructions for installing ODK Aggregate are here:

Tracks are not directly supported.
Others have used a repeat group of geopoints (waypoints) to more
laboriously capture equivalent information.
Or you can write an app to collect the track and return it as a string
value.

If anyone has such an app already, they can also donate it to
opendatakit.org with an Apache 2 license and we'll place it in the 'Android
Extras' projects where the BreathCounter example app is (
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/source/browse?repo=androidextras ).
