Unfortunatly, ODK Collect has stopped

Dear all,
I have the problem occurred when I fill blank form and edit save form.
The message of the error is "Unfortunatly, ODK Collect has stopped".
I used many form in tablet and it can fill data normally. Only a form that
have problem like this.
The form that error could blank for the first form. But cannot edit and
fill blank form again.

I see many error like this caused from out of memory or complexity in
calculation field or relevant field.
But I think my tablet is not out of memory and my form not complex of
calculation or relevant.
I used Galaxy Tab 4, version 4.4.2 for collect data.
How can I fix with this problem?

Best,
Lihol

Lihol,

Does your form validate with ODK Validate?

Also -- if you have been developing the form -- i.e., adding new questions,
etc. to the form definition -- then if you copy a new form definition onto
the device without first deleting the blank form through the ODK Collect
screen, and try to open that new form definition, or a saved form with this
new form definition, you can also get this behavior (in general, when
developing a form, you will generally not be able to edit saved forms that
were created with the earlier versions of your form definition).
