Uninitialized constant DB

Dear Team,

I have installed the following

  1. ODKbuild
  2. Tokyo Tyrant

Execution steps

  1. rake db:dev:start
  2. bundle exec shotgun config.ru

When i'am executing from browser http://localhost:9393 i'am getting the following error (refer attachment).

Kindly do the needful.
