On Sunday night, I updated the ODK Collect 1.3 APK (now rev 1027) on the
downloads page:

And also pushed the update to Google Play.
If you updated to rev 1025 on Friday when it was released, please upgrade
to 1027 when it becomes available.
rev 1025 had introduced a bug that could cause a Force Close when
submitting data to ODK Aggregate.
