Hi!
I know how to download filled surveys from my phone through Briefcase in
the absence of internet. But I don't know how to upload an empty form on my
phone without internet (so it needs to go from my computer to my phone). I
had exported it as XLSForm.

To upload an empty form offline;
1a. Go to your ODK Collect and tap on "fill blank form"
2a. Your new form should be there.

conversion)- Browse to your [Internal Storage] on your phone
- Look for a folder with the name [odk]
- Open the [odk] folder and you will find 3 other folders [forms]
[instances] and [metadata....we are interested in the [forms] folder.- Open it and copy and paste your XML file there.
