Upload record to another form with similar xls form definition

I have one query.
We have four project in ona with three similar form in each project.
Different survey team use all from specific project.
Mistakenly one survey team downloaded the form of another project and
collected the data.
Now, the question is that,how can I upload the records to the forms in the
project specified to that survey team?
