Upload submissions task error in Aggregate

In the last 14 hours, I see 70 successful requests for /gae/
uploadSubmissionsTask while 43 gave errors. I have set all my tables
in ODK Aggregate to publish new entries to Fusion tables and I have 76
tables in total. I've looked at the logs but don't understand why some
entries get published while others don't. What could be the reason?
I'm running ODK Aggregate 1.0.4 Production Release. I'm on the paid
model so don't have any quota issues. Please help.

I filed the issue here:

It could be a transient Google issue or it could be a change to Google
infrastructure that is affecting Aggregate.

If you could attach an error log to the issue so we can see the errors
to determine the cause it would be helpful.
