Uploading form error with GeoODK

What is the problem? Please be detailed!
when i click send completed form , it displaythis message " Error : Party error :'party_name'

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
i am using geoodk 2.0.3

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

What are you using for data submissions? This looks like the custom error messaging responses from Cadasta?
