Dear Sir/Madam,

I build a form in odk and uploaded. Now I have to change few variable name. but unfortunately I can't remember user and password only can form name. could u pls. help how can I get this form .

If you are referring that you uploaded the form to ODK Aggregate then
whatever google account you setup as the administrator for Aggregate should
be able to access the server.
If you are referring to build there is a "forgot password" link to help you
retrieve, if you don't know the user name not sure much can be done as
there are a lot of users.
