1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
Users are unable to receive password reset emails on both gmail and company mail. Also I am unable to add new users to the projects because of the same issue of not receiving emails.
2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Checked all the email folders e.g spam, junk to see if perhaps the reset password email landed there
3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
Logged out and in again and again
