Using Fusion Table API from another application

Can I use the same Service account credentials on my Aggregate (on Google
Apps Engine) to interact with data published to Google Fusion Tables from a
website via the Fusion Tables API?

Let's say I have a website that uses the data that I publish to Fusion
Tables via the Fusion Tables API. I want to be able to SELECT and DELETE
data on the table with the API from my website. Do I need to create a new
project or service account to do this or should I be able to use the same
Service account that I use to let Aggregate publish data to the Fusion
Tables?

If anyone has any experience with a situation similar to this, then I would
really appreciate any information on your experience. I would be glad to
share my experience with this type of set up on this Google group after a
successful implementation if anyone can help me out with some advice to get
me headed in the right direction.

Thanks!
