Vote button not working on mobile site

When I try voting on any post using the mobile version site, it just refreshes the page without adding my vote.

Seems to work for me on Chrome on the iPhone. What browser and OS are you using?

I am using Android phone with the default factory installed browser

Reproduced with Android O Developer Preview 3, build OPP3.170518.006. Tapping shows the voters, but no way to log a vote myself.

@downey Since you can repro it, can you file a bug at https://meta.discourse.org/c/plugin/voting? We are running the most recent version (0.4).
