Warning prompt in odk form

What is the problem? Please be detailed.

I want to add warning prompt in my question for specific answers. For example if user selects second choice then i want a prompt in same screen saying are you sure you want to selected xyz option ? It should not be a constraint and allow user to move forward? Is it possible or should i show warning note in next question thanks

I'm not sure how to do a prompt in the same screen like you request. It is my opinion, that putting note type questions afterwards combined with various relevant values might be a good option (as you mentioned). You could also try using a followup acknowledge type question (described 1, 2). Hope this helps. Let me know if you figure out a method to do what you described on the same screen.
