A form validated very well in https://getodk.org/xlsform/  but now am facing Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.

Which server do you use? (ODK? Kobo? public? privat?) When exactly do you get the error message, please?

Form can be previewed (ok) in ODK online validator.

You use some invalid choice names. Avoid blanks, - and . in names, please. See rows 42-45, 64-67, 86-89, 107-109.
