After droping the database of odk and i recreate the odk database some features has been gone that is affecting my website

How did you drop the database? And how did you recreate it?
What specific features have gone?
I drop the database
Using Drop Odk;
And
Create database odk;
I rerun the docker build.
After that users and role setting is gone.
Also unable to make a projects and upgrade a user to admin.
