There is a data submission error: if I collect 100 records, 99 are sent successfully but one does not get submitted, I face this problem all the time
This is an issue with the WFP Moda server and unfortunately, only the person who setup the server and asked you to collect data can solve this problem. Please contact them, and if they can't solve it, ask them to post here describing what they've tried.
