What's the best way to get screen shots of what a survey question would look like on a phone?

I'm looking to add screen shots to a training, and was wondering: What's
the best way to get screen shots of what a survey question would look like
on a phone?
Thanks

Sam,

Short answer: Use adb.

I assume that, if you're at the level of doing training, you must have a
phone...? Or just borrow one. Why not just screen capture your mobile? I
think it's power and volume down together.

Personally, I like doing screen caps from my computer and connecting via
VNC running on the Android device

If you have the Android tools, use DDMS. It captures the exact contents of
the screen on a connected device and lets you copy and paste into your
favorite editor.
