At first, I published the form in Odk Central, created an app user, and gave the form access to the user. Then I scanned the QR code in ODK Central. Then I started to fill out the blank form. Two forms are listed . When I click on the first form, it shows a loading symbol after I get an error, as shown in the figure. Later, when I reloaded the form,there was no issue.
