Hi ODK Developers,
Jon Wohl and I at the Sustainable Engineering Lab (developers of formhub,
XLSform, etc.) are looking for examples of ODK Collect widgets which
collect multiple fields at once (perhaps a group field with multiple fields
under it), rather than just one field. If no examples exist, pointers on
how to implement such functionality would be great.

This is available in the upcoming ODK Collect 1.4.3 release, with code
contributed by Survey CTO.
