Windows defender detects trojan in XLSForms download

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I have dowloaded XLSForms offline, in particular the file called ODK-XLSForm-Offline-Windows-v1.11.1.zip from https://github.com/opendatakit/xlsform-offline/releases/tag/v1.11.1 and am getting a severe warning that a trojan virus has been detected. Is this the case, or is Windows defender being overzealous?

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
Windows 10, XLSForm offline b1.11.0 and v1.11.1
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Download and unzip the file
5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

This is a known problem and that is documented at https://docs.opendatakit.org/xlsform

Your anti-virus may report that XLSForm Offline has a virus. This is a false positive that is triggered because virus writers sometimes use the same components we use. You can confirm the safety of XLSForm Offline by using the free and unbiased VirusTotal. You may also use XLSForm Online as an alternative.

If you'd like to help solve this problem, I've outlined a few approaches at https://github.com/opendatakit/xlsform-offline/issues/14.
