1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
When rendering a xform, choices do not show for fields that have both relevance condition and choice filter. The form works perfectly when I do away with either of them.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have applied a workaround by combining choices with the main option. For example, for a question on vaccines (OPV, PCV, ...) and doses (1, 2, 3) based on selected vaccines, I combined them to have vaccines + doses (OPV 1, OPV 2, OPV 3,...)
