Hi Imobi,
The XLSForm converter seems to be having some kind of intermittent problem.
If you find that it isn't working I suggest waiting a little while then
trying again. I'm considering adding a link to a backup instance or trying
to create a downloadable XLSForm exe for occasions when the main XLSForm
converter isn't available.

that Form Hub works really well at this: http://formhub.org.
Is there possibly something like http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ that
one can download and use without internet access?

Hi Nik,
I have, but it only works on XForms, while I am entering my survey in XLS
and then using http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ to convert the XLS file
into an XForm. So the missing non-internet step would be to convert the XLS
file into an XForm.
