I have collected a data set of 17929 records which was collected for Eastern Uganda. I need to analyze the data through an XLS for which has failed to download.
which tool do you use? Could you provide more info like an error you get etc.?

I am using ona.io as the aggregate where I uploaded the xls report girl_rosterwide_v2.6.5.xls (41.5 KB) attached
If something is failing to download, then that is an issue on the server side. And since you are using Ona, your best bet is to contact their support team at https://ona.io/contact.html.
