Xls to xml error

I have this message that appears every time I try to convert the file to xml but in my file I don't have q704
There has been a problem trying to replace $ {q704} with the XPath to the survey element named 'q704'. There is no survey element with this name.

Help me please

This messages means that somewhere in the form you use ${q704}, but q704 is not defined in column name (the variable is not defined).
