XLSForm converter is down

Dear,

I am trying to connect to online xls form converter available at http://23.21.114.69/xlsform/ but its not responding. Any idea??

Try using one of the other form converters
(https://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/). I have been using xlsform.exe since
the online converter went down.

is this ever going to be up still waiting i do not like the offline
converters

I also noticed it was down when I was trying to use it. I ended up putting
one up on my server, feel free to use it, if the ODK one is not working.

I have bounced the server. We are heads-down on a project and I didn't see
this e-mail.

As noted, there are many options, including an XLSForm that runs directly
on a Windows box:
