XLSForm error -- The name '' is an invalid xml tag

I can for the life of me figure out why XLSForm is sending me this error
when I upload xls file. It is a rather short form too of just 9 questions.
I do have aççénted letters but they are in the labels and hints.

Error: The name '' is an invalid xml tag. Names must begin with a letter,

colon, or underscore, subsequent characters can include numbers, dashes,
and periods.

I don't have a single " mark in my xcel file. I am using open office, that
worked before.

Hi Curtis,
Could you attach your form or send it to me to take a look at?
It sounds like you might have a missing name in your name column.

Or a space by mistake? I had that once, drove me crazy...

Can you please check for my document too. I'm facing the same problem.Endline CG Quantitative.xlsx (45.8 KB)

@Francis_Simon buen día. Pues revise tu archivo
