XLSForm Error

I'm trying to convert an XLSForm to an xml file for ODK using the converter
on the ODK website.

I keep getting the following error, however:

Error: not well-formed (invalid token): line 1, column 71

What does this mean and how should I fix it?

Nevermind. There was a non-UTF character buried somewhere that was causing
problems.
