Xlsform Offline 1.7 don't work on mac Os 10.10

I am happy to join this community.
I just tried to download Xlsform Offline 1.7 for mac but it does not work on my macbook pro mac os 10.10 if the community can find me another alternative or another application that can help me convert the xls file to xml because the where we are in africa we don't always have the internet. I tried to see the previous discussion but it did not solve my problem.

You may try https://opendatakit.org/xlsform/ instead, from my experience online form converter works better than the offline converter.
