XPath evaluation: cannot handle function ‘indexed’

Hi friends,
I have problem converting my xlsform to XML using http://opendatakit.org/xiframe/ So can not deploy ODK or KoboCollect.
The system is complaining about inxdex() function.

I tried converting with http://opendatakit.org/xiframe/ but failed. I tried deploying to KoboCollect but also also failed. But the same form was successfully deployed on SurveyCTO platform.

I have attached detailed of the error here. Any help is appreciated. Thank you all.error1

There is no function called indexed. Did you perhaps intend to use indexed-repeat? You can see all available functions from that link.

Thank you all. The error has been fixed by replacing the function with indexed-repeat.
