YES/NO export conf params can be overridden by selecting choices from a drop-down select box: INHERIT, YES or NO.
Drop-down selects look kind of bulky and I was thinking about inlined radio buttons as a nicer alternative:

I think this better than what we have now. I like that the options are more readily visible. Easier to translate too
