Central seems to have demoted my admin user account because the home page doesn't allow me to do anything. See image.
Please advise a resolution or workaround.

Attempt a login into central using my admin user account.
3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I created two new Central users using two different email addresses and promoted them to admins. However, Central doesn't recognise the new users.
I get the error: Incorrect email address and/or password.
I used the commands for both emails:
$ docker compose exec service odk-cmd --email name@mydomain.co.za user-create
$ docker compose exec service odk-cmd --email name@mydomain.co.za user-promote
