Different question types per column (TABLE)

I am using ODK, is it possible to do this kind of questions in ODK?

Question types: Label, Select one, Integer

Need your help. Thank you so much

Generally those types of questions are supported but it's not possible to structure them in a grid view. There is a feature request Form design: grid of text or numeric input please review and share your thoughts because it's something we would like to add in the future.

Hi @Grzesiek2010, hmmm I believe it will be useful if we can add this new feature. So for now, this it not possible?

It's not possible, the only way is Grouping multiple widgets on the same screen but it's not grid view.
