Is there any way to disply the Logo on the top, before the form title?
I can add Logo image, but always dosplayed after the form title!

Where would you like to display that logo? On the list of forms or within the form itself?
You can add an image of your logo as the first element in a form. For more details, see this topic: Using Logo in XLSForm or this one: ODK Template Logo: How to Insert Organization Logo.
