Hi everyone, I have tried to install ODK central on my ubuntu server. I used a domain from FreeDNS and on the instance is up. The issue is when i try to preview the form after uploading it. Kindly attached is the screenshot of the pop-up error below.

I have tried to disable the firewall but still not working

You might check using https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx to see if your domain name maps to an IP. Did you add an A record mapping the domain name to your server's IP? If you've already made that mapping, you may have to wait up to a day for that change to spread across the Internet.
@danbjoseph Thanks for your feedback. Yes I had added "A record mapping to the domain name" the issue was with the .env configuration, so I changed SSL_TYPE to "letsencrypt" and that sorted out. Initialy i was using SSL_TYPE=upstream.
