Envio fallado de formulario: faltan las sigueintes columnas de la hoja

Al intentar enviar los formularios finalizados, recibimos el siguiente mensaje de:

" Resultado de la carga

Faltan las sigientes colimnas de la hoja: "

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
utilizamos ODK-collect, v.2022.1.0

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
intentamos editar el formulario, pero como son formularios finalizados, esto no fue posible

Error message of missing columns when sending forms

So one option would be to copy the content of your original sheet to another one (backup). Clean the original sheet (everything - all rows and column names) and try to send your form again to that original (empty) sheet.
