Error opening file in Collect

I am new to ODK, I have managed to get a file downloaded from Aggregate into Collect, when I try to "Get a Blank Form" I selected the file to open it and then I get the following error message. Service Report Fire1 (ID Build_Service _Report_Fire1_1576923357) - Unable to resolve host "lts-host":No address associated with host nameCoping media files failed.

I need help to sort this please.

I am using Digital Ocean and Aggregate v2.0.5
I did not load any media files
