I am trying to design a form that has tables. I already tried the grid matrix which is working for the web version but not on the android phones or tablets. Attached is the view of the table; please help me with a solution.
ODK Collect does not support the grid matrix as per as use case. You can only use grid matrix on the web

What is the best way you think we can design this question for the form?
For now the only option is to place all those 5 questions on one page (see: https://docs.getodk.org/form-question-types/#field-list)
and use repeats if you need to as the same set of questions multiple times (see: https://docs.getodk.org/form-logic/#repeating-questions)
