I want to use Style: Grid theme in the style to continuous form in single page only. I will also mention in survey spreadsheet under appearance: w7 or how many columns I want to keep continuous in same page in defined 7 cell area.

What documentation have you been following? Are you trying to use ODK Collect? There is no such thing as a grid theme in core ODK tools. However, the ODK-compatible Enketo web client does have something called a grid theme described in this blog post. If you have Enketo questions, you can post them on its user list.
